Nicole Hall was raised in Butler County, she got her Associate’s degree from Butler Community College and went on to get her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Emporia State University. She started her career in the Intellectual/Developmental (I/DD) world in 1996 working at KETCH in Wichita working in case records and moving up to Director of Case Management. After leaving the field for a few months, Nicole missed working with the I/DD population and began working at Sedgwick County CDDO in 2000 working as a liaison with all the case managers in the county. She was then promoted to the Director of Quality Assurance before leaving in 2012 to become the Executive Director of the CDDO of Butler County. Nicole’s responsibilities include serving as the liaison with the state of Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services, oversight of the Council of Community Members, managing information for the waiting list, incident report tracking, quality oversight and affiliation with local providers.
When she’s not at work, Nicole enjoys volunteering in the community including being on the Bright Futures of Augusta board. She also loves spending time with friends and family especially at her favorite place, Table Rock Lake.

Meg Pond was born and raised in El Dorado, KS and attended Butler Community College for her associate’s degree while working on campus. She has held the position of Administrative Assistant with the Butler County CDDO since April 2023, with this being her first job in the I/DD field. Learning about Butler County’s providers and clients is something Meg has found to be very fulfilling, and she looks forward to continuing her development professionally in the I/DD domain.
During time outside of work, Meg enjoys relaxing at home with her dog, enjoying nature, or listening to music with coffee. She frequently watches reality shows and horror movies in her spare time. On the weekends, Meg’s favorite hobbies include thrifting or finding a new local restaurant to try.
